The form asks for your name, business or company, email address or WhatsApp number, type of solution, and message. It also processes technical anti-spam fields, including a honeypot and the time elapsed before submission.
How it is used
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, understand the problem, evaluate whether Fuentivo can help, and follow up on the conversation you requested. It is not used to sell contact lists or send unsolicited advertising campaigns.
Delivery and storage
The website validates the information on the server and sends it through Resend to Fuentivo's inbox. The application does not store messages in its own database, although email may remain in Resend's and Google's systems. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to address the inquiry and manage the corresponding business relationship.
Analytics and cookies
The website currently uses no analytics tools or analytics or advertising cookies. The hosting provider may generate technical logs required for security, stability, and diagnostics. This policy will be updated before analytics or similar technologies are introduced.
Service providers
Vercel hosts and runs the website; Resend processes form delivery; and Google receives the message in Fuentivo's inbox. Each provider processes technical or message data only for the function needed to deliver its service.
